LONKING is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of loading equipment, with many years of experience in developing heavy warehouse machinery. The LG120DT–LG160DT series is designed specifically for factories, ports, large warehouses, and construction sites where standard low-capacity machines cannot cope with everyday workloads.
At the heart of every model in this series is a Cummins turbodiesel engine – globally recognised for high output, low fuel consumption, and long service life. The LG120DT and LG135DT engines develop 119–132 kW at 2,200 rpm, while the LG160DT(A) and LG160DT(B) are fitted with a six-cylinder unit producing 142 kW with more than 930 Nm of torque. Cummins engines are straightforward to service, spare parts are widely available, and the engine delivers stable performance under heavy load and in cold weather.
The series offers three transmission types depending on working conditions and operator requirements:
The cab has been designed with operator comfort as the primary priority. A suspended, dampened seat with adjustable armrests reduces the effect of impacts even on uneven floor surfaces.
The panoramic field of view from the cab provides a clear overview of the mast, forks, and surrounding environment – essential for safe operation with loads exceeding 12 tonnes. All control levers and the display are positioned within easy reach, reducing operator strain during a shift.
The wide wheelbase and low centre of gravity ensure excellent stability even when working with loads at the limit of the rated capacity. Every machine is equipped with an automatic parking brake system that engages as soon as the operator leaves the seat. An electro-hydraulic overload protection device is also available, preventing the risk of tipping.
